1. Delivery Options
We are committed to delivering your Steve Madden favorites quickly and securely across South Africa.
Delivery Methods:

Next-Day Doorstep Delivery – R99.00
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon), Monday to Friday, are eligible for next-day delivery to major metropolitan areas.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the following business day. -
Standard Doorstep Delivery – FREE (2-3 Business Days)
Enjoy free delivery nationwide on all orders. Delivery typically takes 2 to 3 business days, depending on your location.
Note: Delivery times may vary slightly for outlying or rural areas.
2. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
You will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
3. Delivery Areas
We deliver throughout South Africa, directly to your doorstep.
If your address falls outside our standard courier network, additional delivery time may apply.
4. Delivery Delays
